Hi, I have taken the free subscription and used for 2 weeks and deleted the linodes images/servers from my home page. But still i got billing to pay of around 26$. Since i want to close this account, i paid my outstanding amount and trying to close the account. But its not allowing me.
Either i am unable to reach technical team over phone or emails. The only information is enable through this chat channel. Please help as i have to deactive my account which will help to avoid unncesarrly done the payemnt.
