Unable to forward email to Outlook server(Spam)
It's been more than a year. This server does not send spam and in main.cf(Postfix) it send a copy of all outgoing email to my email id. But Outlook does not accept it. Whether this specific IP is in Spam list or not I'm not sure.
Here : https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a172.105.35.227&run=toolpage it shows on UCEPROTECTL3 spam black list.
I'm confused what could be the problem.

Have you filed an issue with Linode? I ran into this problem a few months back, and they intervened with Microsoft to get my IP address unblocked. It took maybe a day or two, and emails to Hotmail, Outlook.com, etc. have been delivered without a hitch since then.
Hello, same problem here. I can't seem to send emails to any MS/Outlook/Live/Hotmail/managed by MS accounts, Linode seems to be listed in UCEPROTECTL3.
Is there a way that someone from Linode have a look at this?
Today I've checked 4 Linode and 4 Digitalocean IPs. All blacklisted.
There is one Droplet which does not have a website even. Only Mysql server. Even it has been blacklisted!
