image for OpenSUSE microOS

I see Linode has OpenSUSE Leap which can be upgraded to tumbleweed easily.
However, I would suggest Linode consider adding OpenSUSE microOS.
It is a tumbleweed-based distro, with a very robust system upgrade and is excellent for single machine docker host.

Thanks for the suggestion. While I can't say if we will or when it would be available, I can say that I added this to our internal feature tracker.

In the meantime, customers can use machine images to deploy a Linode of any distribution, with some requirements to consider.

Otherwise, you can also follow our Install a Custom Distribution on a Linode guide to run anything that you can find an ISO available. For OpenSUSE microOS, I see an ISO available here: Portal:MicroOS/Downloads
