Accrued charges exceed the debited promotional

Hi,

I wanted to ask if it's a normal thing to have an accrued charges that exceeds the debited amount of the promotional value or I'm being charged for things that are not supported by the the promotion ?
Thanks

Promotional credits do not have restrictions for which services you can use with them. That said, they are valid for three months or $100, whichever comes first.

Another common point of confusion for some customers with a promotional credit on their account is that they will still receive an invoice. The way our system works, we'll provide an invoice, which will outline services used during the previous billing cycle. It will; include the service dates, rates, and totals for each service. This does not mean the card on file was charged.

Separately from the invoice, we also send a payment receipt. This is the receipt for any charges made to the card on file for the account. If you haven't received a payment receipt, then your card was not charged.

Both invoices and payment receipts can be found in the Account - Billing section of the Cloud Manager. This is where you can look to determine if the card was charged or not.

That's very clear; thank you so much for your quick response and have a nice day.
