Copy Data from Existing Volume to LKE Volume?

What is your preferred method for copying data from an already existing Block Storage Volume to a PVC Volume created by an LKE cluster?

In order to move your content from an existing volume to a volume created by your LKE cluster, I'd recommend creating the PVC first, then mount both the new PVC and the existing volume to a new Linode that is not part of your cluster.

You can then copy the data from the existing volume to the PVC. Then detach your PVC from the standalone Linode, and mount it to your pod as you normally would using kubectl.
