host45 is a dog

I'm currently trying to rsync a 50M file off my Linode and it's going REALLY slow (rsync says it will complete in 2 hours).

It appears that I/O is the culprit. Simply executing simple things like 'ls', 'vi', etc take forever to complete….

This isn't the first time host45 gets like this. In fact it's somewhat unresponsive/slow quite a bit.

Anyone else on host45 seeing problems?
