Can't start Minecraft server

I am using one of the One Click minecraft servers and it will not start.
When I ry to do an upt-get update, i get the following errors:

Which one click app are you using? I would use this one provided in the link below since it runs Ubuntu 20.04 and Minecraft 1.17 which is the latest version right now.

Is there a way to tell which one I am using? I think that was the one I used when I originally installed it, but now it won't update.

I'm not sure. I never used the one click apps. I've only ever done everything manually.

As far as knowing what version of Minecraft you're running, if your client/computer is running 1.17, when you look at your server list you'll be able to login, otherwise it will say incompatible version and list the version number next to it.
