Implement a pay structure on my linode?
I am looking at implementing a pay structure on my Linode. In this example, I wont the users of my server to pay $5.00 a month for services that I host. How would I go about accomplishing this?

Could you give us more information about what sort of service you're providing for your users? The answer to your question differs depending upon the specifics.
That said, we wrote this guide that gives a bit of information for folks who are interested in reselling Linode services. I can't be sure that it applies to your question here, but I'm sharing it just in case:
I offer teamtalk servers. What I want to do, is create a system where users get envoices letting them know that they need to pay, for example, $5.00 to continue using the service.
