I got a mail with the title "Linode Support Ticket 15539143 - linode13498679 (ubuntu-ap-sg) - ToS Violation - Malicious Content"

Please tell me how to deal with the problem.
We are on holidays 2 days ago.
So I see the mail this morning.
If I rebuild my Linode, will the data of my Linode be removed ?

Respond to the ticket and explain you were on holiday etc. Then check what the actual complaint is about or ask them for more information.

Linode will help you understand the issue and then you can decide what to do. Hiding it by rebuilding or changing accounts won’t get you very far.
