Additional ip
i have a additional ip but i am not sure that it is working
When i try to ping it:ping 212.71.244.219

Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),
how will i fix it i am using that ip for name server and for control panel
Operating Sytem:Centos 7
Control panel:Cyberpanel

@Kuzey2255 You'll want to make sure that you've configured your server to use the additional IP address and turn off Network Helper to prevent it from overriding any changes you've made. The below guide will explain this a bit more.
