Wordpress install not working as intended

Hello,
I followed the official "The ONE-CLICK guide to a new Wordpress blog! (Plus Domain setup)" video on youtube. Everything is good but when I go the my Linode's IP address it doesn't give me the same page result, I have a very basic, text only web page, no template/theme. adding /wp-login gives a 404 Not Found error and adding /wp-admin routes me to namesilo.com where I registred my domain (I have changed domain settings)

I was able to resolve the issue, first the template was not showing due to cookies not being allowed (but ended up being a different template than the video, not that it's important)

I was able to login to the dashboard by adding /wp-login.php to the address.
