It will be difficult to pinpoint the root cause even with the screenshots, however thank you for including them. When posting questions to the Community site, it's helpful to be as descriptive as possible, e.g. "the issue is intermittent", or including any steps that you have already taken to troubleshoot, e.g. "I've rebooted my Linode and the issue persists".

Another example — the ss command is useful when trying to troubleshoot connectivity issues:

ss -plant | grep Rust
