NodeBalancers: Is a NodeBalancer have a private ip or a private dns ?

I have a NodeBalancer that is set up through my Lks that host my docker registry servers and a Linode that runs ci/cd stuff, so when my Linode request to NodeBalancer IP or its hostname is the network transfer counted?

NodeBalancers communicate with Linodes over their private IP addresses, so traffic between Linodes and NodeBalancers is not counted towards your network transfer quota. However, if your Linode is making requests to the NodeBalancer's publicly accessible IP address, that traffic may count. More information about how network transfer is counted is available here:
