How do i update nextcloud app

A couple of weeks ago I installed Nextcloud via Linode one click marketplace app.
Now I got a message in Nextcloud that there is an update for Nextcloud.
But how do I update?
I already logged in via ssh and did apt-get update, upgrade, dist-upgrade commands but no updates.
Is there another way to update?

I already found the updater within the Nextcloud webinterface itself.
