NodeBalancer graphs briefly go to 0

My NodeBalancer graphs spike down, sometimes to 0, multiple times a day. Does this indicate some sort of downtime, or is this just missing reporting data?

Hi @donny-don - Most of the time that's just a gap in the info. Graphs are provided on a 'best effort' basis and sometimes a data point is missing.

That being said, if you see that your site runs into a timeout or other error during the timeframes where connections are dropping that could indicate something else going on. In those cases I'd recommend checking your webserver's error logs in /var/log/apache2, /var/log/httpd/, or /var/log/nginx as a first step. From there, if you're not sure what's causing the timeouts, post the logs here or send us a ticket and we'll do our best to help out.
