How to send emails?

Based on this changelog the outbound is blocked for email :(

Linode appears as suggestion on mail in a box's guide.

Is there a way to request those ports to be unlocked, or I should give up and move to another server provider?

Our Running a Mail Server guide includes a Sending Email on Linode section. This section includes the steps you'll want to take to request removal of SMTP port restrictions from your Linode. This includes configuring rDNS on the Linode, then opening a Support ticket to request removal.
