New account activation

All,

I subscribed to Linode a few days ago. After faxing a photocopy of my credit card, I have not heard from Sales yet.

In the registration form it says the activation usually takes a few hours. It's been over 4 days for me so far.

I have tried to contact service@linode.com with no success. Is there any other email address I can use? How long does activation usually take?

There've been several posts on the boards here about problems with that. I suggest logging in to the IRC channel and looking for an admin there.

We didn't receive your FAX (are you sure it went through?), however, upon further review of your signup I decided to activate your account without requiring the additional information.
