Hey @tarangmishra307301. So that we can take a closer look at this on our end, could you do us a favor and open up a Support ticket if you haven't done so already?
To open a ticket:
- Log into the Cloud Manager
- Select the "Get Help" tab on the lefthand side
- Select "Customer Support"
- Click the "Open New Ticket" option
Whenever you open the ticket, just let us know if you're getting any specific errors that might help us pinpoint the issue. If you're able, screenshots (minus any card revealing card information) are extremely helpful.
