Not sending email after deployed.

While sending email on forgot password. Nginx saying 504 (Gateway Time-out), but when I tested it locally, its working fine.

I am using smtplib.SMTP_SSL('smtpout.secureserver.net', 465)

As explained in the following Community Questions post, this is something that you'll need to contact Support regarding. The tl;dr is that certain email ports are filtered by default as a means to limit spam being sent from our platform:

Cannot send emails, is Port 25 blocked ?

As an employee, I would normally be able to locate your account, though I'm having difficulty with that at this time. That said, we should be able to act on a Support ticket within a timely matter.

And update: I was able to locate your account and followed up with you through a Support ticket.
