Why is "additional verification required" to create some Linode plans?

I tried to create a Dedicated CPU Linode but got a message that says additional verification is required. What information do I need to send?

All accounts have a limit in place that requires verification for certain Linode plans, such as larger Dedicated CPU plans and GPU plans. This is in place to help protect against fraud on our platform. In order to request one of these plans, you'll need to reach out to Linode Support and provide the following details:
- What plan you're trying to create
- What the new Linode will be used for that requires a larger plan than the ones currently available to you
Once we receive that information, we can evaluate your request and move forward from there.
