why my free 100$ credit was not applied in linode account

when i sign up ,i got free credit of 100$ , why it is not applied in my account balance

Hi @abdoulhacker and @upandfine We'd be happy to take a look at your accounts. The best way for us to do this is through a Support ticket. You can open one from the Get Help tab in Cloud Manager.
