Resize requested and I've been waiting.....

Requested a resize nearly 2 hours ago. Message across the top says

"our Linode will soon be automatically powered off, migrated, and restored to its previous state (booted or powered off)."

I ask the bot and it says the resize is immediate.

The Linode says "Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, Linode 96GB: 16 CPU, 1280GB Storage, 64GB RAM"

Linode 96GB is what I'm waiting for but the rest of the spec is the existing spec.

Created a ticket - no response.

Trying to find a number to call - I don't see any option for this in the "Get Help" sections.

Pretty frustrating.

I get your frustration - any unnecessary downtime is always frustrating, especially when there's a lack of clarity as to why it's happening. I located your Support ticket and took care of the issue on our end that was causing the delay.

For future reference, our Support number is listed on our website on the Support page. Phone calls are the best way for us to get our eyes on an urgent situation.
