Please help us checking our account and networking to find out the reason for low speed incident recently.

What do you mean by "low speed"? You can use MTR/ping/traceroute/test.bin files to diagnose any networking issues.

What does it mean if MTR display that linode lost 38%?

@straumann It would be more helpful to see the entire MTR report, as it'll show the specific hops where lost is happening and give a better sense of who those hops belong to. Is that loss happening inside the Linode network, the network that leads up to the Linode network, or maybe your local ISP? It's also helpful to run MTRs in both directions, as the networking path isn't always the same.
