Really slow download speed with object storage

A few days ago I got my object storage, but me and my users have noticed really slow download speeds with the object storage
I've 10mbps of internet speed, so 1.0mb/s of download speed, but I only get around 70-120kps, another user has 500 mbps of internet speed so around 50mb/s of download speed but only gets 2mb/s
Some users have the right download speed, but most of my users are experiencing really slow download speeds compared to their download speed (we all have normal download speed with services like mega or mediafire etc… so is not out internet causing the trouble)
Is there any way to fix this issue?

If only some users are seeing slower download speeds, then it's likely the problem is somewhere along the route that those users' connections are taking. I'd recommend running an MTR report to check the route. For example:
mtr -rwbzc 20 us-east-1.linodeobjects.com
