My website booking form email not recieving
Hi All,
I have setup my website http://www.camlolanka.com/ on Nanode 1GB: 1 CPU, 25GB Storage, 1GB RAM.
This website built on Wordpress platform and it has 3 Contact / Booking Forms, created with FormCraft wordpress plugin.
I use emails from my domain, with ZOHO Email Service (Ex. info@camlolanka.com. Now in the FormCraft forms to receive emails, we have to update ZOHO SMTP settings, which I have done correctly. But still when someone fill the form and submit, I don't receive any emails.
Seems like Linode has blocked some ports, which required for this email service. Can anyone please let me know how to overcome this issue. Since I'm running a tourism website, these booking forms are really important.

Any accounts created after November 5th, 2019 have SMTP ports filter by default. This was done to help fight spam distribution from our platform.
To have the filters removed, you'll need to configure an A record and rDNS for any Linodes that you're planning to send email from.
Once you do that, you will need to open a Support ticket listing the Linodes you've configured for mail and confirming that you're CAN-SPAM compliant. From there, Support will review and remove the filters.
