Why Domain register company can sale VPS or something else but the VPS company not sale domain?
It's not a matter of can; it's a matter of want to. Linode doesn't want to be a domain registrar (even though they are probably well-equipped to do it).
Linode knows their business and, I assume, are good at it. I assume they make money otherwise they wouldn't be in it.
Your response makes about as much sense as asking asking the CEO of General Motors why GM doesn't manufacture Ford F-150 pickup trucks.

Like has been mentioned here, Linode isn't a domain registrar. We provide the cloud hosting, and it's our goal to make it as easy as possible to configure the DNS to use a domain, regardless of where you've purchased it, with our services.
Awhile back, I wrote up another post here on our Community Questions site that gives you the relevant documentation that'll show you how to configure the DNS for your Linode right through the Cloud Manager. I'll link it to you here:
