UDP ports is not available

linux asterisk udp

I have Ubuntu 18.04 installed on Linode. I run the asterisk service on the server. It seems that sip transport is not available using udp, but using tcp is normal. What is the problem with this?

Are the UDP ports configured in /etc/services? See:
