linode and namecheap and mailgun hot to set?

I used three service

  1. linode vps server
  2. namecheap domain
  3. mailgun mail

ask mailgun mx dns should set on linode or namecheap?

linode tell me, but I still don't understand:

I understand that getting your Linode set up for SMTP can be a little confusing, but I'd be happy to show you how to set up your DNS records. If you access your Cloud Manager you can navigate to the Domains section and add your site's domain name using the +Add a Domain expander. Once your domain has been added, you can select it from the list to open up your DNS Manager.

Now that your domain has been added to the DNS Manager, you can set up your A record and reverse DNS. Mainly, you're going to need to add a hostname and your server's IP address for your A record. Once that's been set up, you can activate rDNS from the Networking tab of your Linode. For directions on how to set up your DNS records, I'd recommend reviewing the following guide pages:

I'm happy to do my best to simplify this for you. DNS and Mail Servers can definitely be tricky.

Your MX records should be set up through the Cloud Manager. Here is some documentation on how to do this:

Running a Mail Server - MX Records

DNS Manager - MX Records

Since you're using Mailgun, I wanted to link you to some documentation provided by them on configuring your MX records:

Mailgun: Add Receiving MX Records
