Broken Images in Safari

Do you happen to know why some images would appear as broken on Safari Mac after the recent maintenance until the person clears their cache? Sometimes the issue comes back so I'm guessing it's some sort of corrupted cache in their browser?

This only started happening after the scheduled linode maintenance reboot.

The Scheduled Maintenance that happened recently was for the underlying infrastructure that your Linode resides upon. During that maintenance, your Linode was powered off and no changes were made to its internal configuration so any data you have stored on that Linode (including images) would not have been affected.

A good way to verify that the browser is the issue in situations like this is to try viewing the site with a different one (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, or whichever you prefer).

Clearing Safari's history and cache is a common fix when it's not displaying images, but if that doesn't resolve this issue, you'll also want to make sure that your preferences are set correctly to show images.
