How do I end my account and stop paying?
Our website is transferred to another server. We will no longer use Linode

No longer being invoiced and closing an account would be different things in this case.
To stop all invoices, you'll need to remove all active services on your account. That includes Linodes that are powered off.
And as a reminder, we invoice on the first of the month for the previous month's services. That means if you remove services during a month, you won't be invoiced for that service until the next invoice. Deleting a Linode on October 11th will still result in an invoice on November 1st, which will cover October 1st - 11th.
If you would like to cancel your account, you can follow the directions here. During the process of cancelling your account, you'll need to make a payment for any uninvoiced services.
