I submitted a ticket [18312] almost two weeks ago and I haven't had any answer.

Is the Ticket System dead?

Was your ticket for a service upgrade? If so they will probably wait until there is a slot available I guess? I can't speculate too much though I don't even know what your ricket is for. :D

You could try to get hold of Chris or Mike in the IRC chat, but I am sure the ticket system is not dead.
