i am new here ,i create vm for the first time ,but i can't do that ,here is the error:

Account Limit reached. Please open a support ticket.

what's that mean?

Hey there,

You are likely seeing that error because you haven't finished creating your account just yet. Check your email for further instructions on activating your account. When you are fully activated, our getting started guide will help you spin up your first Linode.

If your account is already activated and you are attempting to create a Linode on a large plan size, please open a ticket with Support. Larger linodes usually require a longer billing history to create, but we're happy to discuss your technical requirements for consideration.
