I am attempting to install an SSL certificate for my website. I have taken the steps as instructed. But it reported an error "Error creating new order."

Can you please provide additional details about the issue you are facing?
What instructions you are following to install your certificate?
What Linux Distribution are you using?
What web server are you using?
Are you hosting more than one domain?
What is the domain that is having the problem?
Are you using a content management system such as WordPress?
Are you using a control panel to setup your website or are you setting it up from the command line.
What application is generating the error?
From whom did you purchase the certificate or did you generating the certificate yourself?
If you generated the certificate yourself, in what tools did you use and in what form are the files are encoded?
What steps have you taken so far and have you made any changes since you asked this question?
