Why I can't create a new account now? Before I managed to do so but now the system won't allow me,
Please Help me, explain me this

Sorry you're having trouble getting an account set up with Linode. Chances are that your sign up information was unverifiable, possibly due to a mismatch between the name on the account and the name on the credit card.
Also, if you used a VPN or proxy when signing up that could have caused your account to be flagged. VPNs and proxys have been used in the past to create fraudulent accounts on this platform, so we discourage customers from using those tools when signing up.
Of course we do understand that some customers require the use of a VPN/Proxy when using the internet, so it is important that all other information is as accurate as possible so that we can verify you. Our system will only be able to identify western characters so please use the according letters, numbers, and symbols.
Finally, there is no restriction on the number of Linode accounts you may have. However, if we determine that you are creating multiple accounts in an attempt to bypass restrictions or limits on an existing account, we may prevent you from creating a new account.
