FYI.. there is a bug in your support system.

I wrote a support request and after clicking ok, got a message that said

Access violation
I'm sorry,but you've triggered our Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) prevention meausure

I'm pretty sure that's a mistake ;-) It did create the request though: 12530939

We have CSRF protection built into our website, which sometimes will trigger a false alert. When that happens, users will see the message that you saw. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused, though it's in place as a security measure to protect against Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks.

I can confirm that your ticket was created successfully.
