i am getting this above error after changing parmalink , plz tell me how to fix it

It sounds like you're using WordPress. I'd recommend changing the permalink settings back to what they were before, or selecting a different permalink setting.
At the moment it looks like your website is unavailable, which could mean there's a problem with the Apache virtual host settings, or Apache itself. We have a few guides on Apache that may help.
