Why is my CPU usage showing as more than 100%

We want to know why our Linode is showing a high CPU usage percentage. Currently it's showing as always being more than 100%. Right now it's at 190% CPU usage.
Is there anything wrong with the graph, or is there another interpretation of this?

You'll see this in situations where you have more than one CPU core on your Linode plan. For example, if you have 16 cores of CPU on your Linode, each core represents 100% CPU. This means that you can use up to 1600% CPU.
If you're using 190% CPU this means you're using the equivalent of 11.86% of your total available CPU.
