Can not get CSGO server to Start

I am attempting to get my CSGO server started but I am having issues. I am getting stuck on the very last portion of the tutorial.
I have set my server.cfg file no problem. But this is where i am having issues…
**FYI I have created a GSLT value as well and currently my startcsgo.sh file is as you guys have described.
I created my startcsgo.sh file to be an executable.
but when I run the following command:
cd ~ && ./startcsgo.sh
I get:
Cannot exec './srcds_run': No such file or directory

I found a discussion online of users who've encountered the same issue, and even though it's from a few years ago the solution seems to hold up:
Cannot exec './srcds_run': Permission denied
Once you have the correct permissions set for yourself, you should be able to execute.
