How long till my account starts working?
My credit card was charged automatically,but I have no access to any services? an cant do anything.

Account activation times can vary based on a few factors. Once an account is in the review stage there are three possible outcomes:
- Your account is activated
- We ask you to verify your identity
- We close your account
In each case you will be sent an email that includes instructions for how to move forward. We also refund any deposited funds back to your payment card if your account is closed or if we ask you to verify your identity.
