Unsuccesfull support

I am dissapointly thinking that I am not happy from your system and technical assistance. When I had a problem at the begining I contacted to you and I did all your directions of your staff. But ,at the end I lost my website. Also I learned that I coudn’t get to backup from your system.
I don’t know what I have to do. I contacted to one of my friend who is professionaly working website job. He couldn’t succes as well.
Now , I have to make new website.
From now on I don’t want to work with you. Please pay back my credit on my account. I lost a lot of time and money because of your fault.
