Postfix+dovecot domain configuration
Hi!
I'm configured postfix+dovecot(on already working server with LEMP) to handle email by this guide https://linode.com/docs/email/postfix/email-with-postfix-dovecot-and-mysql/
but i'm left little confused in which way i can make right configuration to handle mails with mail@domain.com instead of mail@mail.domain.com
Would be happy to get any advice where i need make needed configuration changes to do that.

As long as you have an MX record that points to 'example.com' and 'example.com' points to your linode, then any address at 'example.com' will go to your Linode. You may still need to add the address to your mailserver's database however.
