refund request is being ignored

Submitted refund request in first 7 days and cancelled my account, emailed billing@linode.com and have been ignored. Not sure how to get this fixed, but I would like it fixed asap.

Your refund was processed earlier today. I'd say you'll see it on your card's statement within the next few days.
