Can´t setting a new domain

Hi,
Mi setting is Linode>Centos7>WHM>Cpanel>Public_Html>index.html

I have a domain www.aupasport.com with nameservers ns1.linode.com ns2.linode.com ns3.linode.com ns4.linode.com ns5.linode.com

In cpanel i asign the domain such as principal Cpanel domain. But when i use web browser to try, it says "We Can´t find server".

Where is the problem?

Thanks.

Check your firewall settings. Ports 22, 80, and 443 are blocked. Also since you’re running CPanel there might be additional ports that need to be open if they’re not already.

Where i have to check firewall setting? in Centos7?
If if try nmap command in Centos7, says that 22, 80 and 443 are open:

22/tcp open ssh
80/tcp open http
443/tcp open https

What can i do?

Thanks Low!

Ok. After double checking the domain name, actually it looks like a DNS issue. I would double check that the A records for the server is setup correctly. https://www.linode.com/docs/platform/manager/dns-manager/

What can i do?
"Manage domain" is used for all customers domains? Or only for the principal hosting proyect domain?
What can i do now to resolve de domain problem?

Thanks.

In the Linode dashboard, you'll want to select Domains and first see if your domain name shows up in the list.

If it doesn't show up in the list, then you'll want to setup DNS for it.

  1. Add a domain from the menu option.
  2. Enter in your domain name
  3. email address
  4. Select insert default records for one of my linode's from the insert default records.
  5. Select the Linode that has your website on.
  6. Finally click create.

Propagation might take a few hours fyi.

Hi, thank you for your patience Lou,
A question, please: Domain with or without "www." (www.aupasport.com or aupasport.com)
I am wating for the propagation.

Thanks

I can see the web perfect.
Thanks for all!

Iñaki

It looks like your site is still having issues with the DNS resolving.
