My server can't connect to outside
I believe we paid. However, our server seems not working properly. We can't connect to outside as usual. Please check this for us. We are located in China.

I'd recommend checking the route your connection is taking with an MTR report. It could be that there's a problem somewhere along the route, or your local ISP is blocking access.
As an alternative, try connecting to your Linode via Lish. From there, you can double check your Linode's networking or firewall rules.
You can also open up a ticket and let us know the results of the MTR report. Myself or another member of the Support team would be happy to take a look and help out.
The server used to work fine until the payment was not paid. However, we already paid the balance. It should have no problem with the server. However, it seems not working. We are running the following script:
ss-server -s 172.104.43.95 -p 8800 -k 'pu1aShai9EeHah5eac5kofu#phee0eekaeZuuDe)
