Is there currently an issue with customer support tickets?

Is there currently an issue with customer support tickets? I have had a ticket open for 13 hours without any sort of human response. The issue relates to the IP addresses I appear to have been assigned after the machine was moved from Tokyo 1 to Tokyo 2. Linode customer support is usually excellent - this isn't… I can't bring my machine up.

It just took a week to get a simple answer on 2 tickets.

I was advised to call in to get a quicker response! Not calling an international number thank you.
