Why cannot connect the XSHELL&XFTP

Hello,

Before the moment,my LINODE IP was working very well all the time.
But yesterday I rebuild the linode IP for several times(changed IMAGE,PASSWORD etc,then reboot),after then I cannot connect with my XSHELL and XFTP. What's the problem?

Are there any particular error messages you're receiving when you try to connect using XSHELL and XFTP?
