gostaria de saber qual caminho tomar pois sem o acesso ao painel de controle não consigo acessar os sites que tambem estão dando retornando 500 Internal Server Error nginx/1.10.3 ….
Sou leigo no assunto mas sei usar o SSH, só não sei pra onde ir, estou em apuros…..

I used Google Translate to try and understand your question, as I'm not a native Portuguese speaker. Based on this, I believe your issue is about permissions being changed, and now you're unable to access your control panel. If this isn't the right read on the situation, please correct me.
First, because I see the recursive flag when you ran the chown command, this issue could run deeper than I'm able to see from these commands. Multiple files and directories could be affected by this. If you have a backup available, I would suggest starting with this.
If you're locked out from your Linode because of permissions being changed, you can still access it using LISH, the Linode Shell. This can be done through Cloud Manager or SSH. Even if you have root access disabled, you can still use that for access in LISH. You'll still need the password for access, though. Should you not remember the password for your root user, it can be reset through Cloud Manager in most cases. In your case, you may need boot into rescue mode to reset the root password.
