Hey there,

If you need assistance using your account, phone support is available day and night for existing customers, account support, and general inquiries so please feel free to reach out:

You can cancel your service by following these steps:

-Log into the Classic Linode Manager:
https://manager.linode.com/
-Click on the Accounts tab
-Scroll to the bottom and click the Cancel this Account link
-You will have to pay the remaining balance on the account in order to cancel the services
-Check the confirmation checkbox
-Click the Cancel this Account Immediately button

This will deactivate all services with us and close the account. You can read more about this here:

If you would like a refund for the balance on your account, please request one in the comments section when you cancel the account. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything else we can help with.

You can now also close your account from the Cloud Manager Account page.

The Close Account link is under "Contact Information" on the right side.
