Linode is a US company

Due to the fact that Linode is a US company, are its non-US server subject to US law, privacy, and eavesdropping concerns?

Yes, Linode must comply with all lawful requests, regardless of where their servers are located (see also the US's CLOUD Act). In addition, Linode most likely can be subject to requests from authorities of the countries their overseas servers are in.
