Linode shut down, can't connect to console.

I received no warning that my server had shut down, eventually JetPack notified me that my sites were no longer loading.

I went to check and saw 0 CPU usage. I tried rebooting the server, nothing changed. I tried resizing to a larger Linode, assuming the server was full or not fast enough, and I received the error "Linode failed to boot." and I had to boot up manually after resizing. I can boot up and reboot manually, but only through Linode's website UI.

I cannot connect via SSH using WinSCP, I receive the error "Network error: Connection to Linode timed out." When using FileZilla I receive the error "Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity. Could not connect to server."

I cannot even connect via Linode's console, I cannot check any server logs.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on, how I can fix this? I need to get this restored, I have important projects on there.

Opening a support ticket, and following it up with a phone call, is going to be your best bet at resolving this, because Linode can look at a lot more things than we can, making it much easier to debug and fix whatever the issue is.
